As a creative lead and designer, I help shape effective user experiences across all digital platforms with an emphasis on designing for user behavior and mindset.

With over 15 years of experience, I provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to designers and creative teams, while being a hands-on designer. I help foster a supportive workplace that encourages collaboration between teams so that we lift each other up and do great work that makes people's lives better.

As an integral part of my process, I design through building empathy for the user. By speaking with users early and often throughout the design process, we can iterate and constantly improve the user's experience and relationship with the brand. I am passionate about the voice of the customer and empathize with the user's experience with products, software, and services.
